THE BOARD

For this project I wanted to assess an object I regularly used. Pictured is one of my childhood longboards, a gift from my parents back in 2015. This board has seen me through travels, friendships, and a few broken bones. Because of the familiarity with the basic construction of the board and its components, I wanted to analyze the inner workings and material makeup of the standard and often packaged components.
